I bring over 25 years of experience in emergency services, specializing in emergency preparedness, crisis response, and continuity planning. As the Owner and CEO of Trinity Preparedness Services, I lead efforts to strengthen organizational resilience for healthcare systems, government agencies, and private sector clients.

My background includes leadership roles with Navy Medicine, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Department of State. I began my career as a paramedic and have worked across diverse emergency systems in both rural and urban settings.

Trinity Preparedness Services is a healthcare consulting firm dedicated to advancing emergency readiness and regulatory compliance across all phases of crisis management. We specialize in guiding organizations through the development and implementation of effective strategies in incident command, continuity of operations, staff training, and emergency response exercises.

We collaborate with organizations to build and integrate comprehensive emergency management capabilities, spanning mitigation, readiness, response, and recovery.
